Yes, I accept Aetna and Medicare health plans. If you have a different insurance provider, I'm happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (called a Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurer about your out-of-network benefits before we begin.

My standard fees are $165 for individual sessions and $200 for couples or family sessions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, though we can discuss longer sessions if that would better meet your needs. Your full-fee payment, when possible, helps sustain reduced-rate options for others in our community with less financial privilege.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to ensure therapy is accessible to those who need it. If cost is a barrier for you, please reach out—I'll send you a brief form to help determine eligibility.

Life happens, and I understand that. You can cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.

Yes! I offer both in-person sessions at my Philadelphia office and secure virtual sessions for anyone located in Pennsylvania or Rhode Island. We can discuss which format feels right for you.

Finding the right fit is so important. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss how I work, and see if we feel like a good match. There's no pressure—this is simply a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels right for you.

I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative and tailored to you. My style is warm, genuine, and client-centered—you're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to support and guide you. I primarily draw from DBT and trauma-informed approaches, and I love incorporating body-based practices, mindfulness, expressive arts, and music when it feels helpful. We'll work together to find what resonates with you.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults, though I genuinely enjoy supporting people of all ages and backgrounds. I have extensive experience with trauma, suicidal ideation and intervention, and gender identity exploration. If you're wondering whether I'm a good fit for your specific concerns, I'd be happy to discuss this during our consultation call.
